Shipping policy
We ship our products throughout Australia and Internationally.
For orders made in Australia, shipping/handling costs are applied at the time of online purchase. Standard fees for shipping/handling are as follows:
- Super Light Domestic (0.1-0.3 kg): $5.
- Light Domestic (0.3-0.5 kg): $10.
- Mid Domestic (0.5-1kg): $20
- Standard Domestic (0.5-10 kg): $30.
- Heavy Domestic (10-15 kg): FREE.
For Super Heavy items like dounoun drums (more than 15 kg) customers may request a quote for shipping costs by sending a message through the Contact Us page.
Standard shipping times are 5-7 business days. If products are required more quickly, contact us to discuss express shipping options.
International customers may request a shipping quote for any item prior to making a purchase online.
